I don’t know about this but hears some ideas

Cloud Reseller – Resell shared accounts on the cloud *1 client can’t bring down other sites*
Site Building software – Know you said 2-3 weeks but please take your time
Litespeed/Nginx – That seems to be a big sales pusher since it is 9x faster than Apache.
Nick: i like your first two ideas, and i recommend rvsitebuilder for site building software, and rvskins would be great….but i disagree with the litespeed idea, litespeed is faster than apache, but doesnt support .htaccess and other things that are commonly used by most scripts. i had to do a lots of research just to install wordpress on litespeed. and i dont think it is free. but nginx would be great though.
